Terms of Service
Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract.
Beginning October 1st, 2017 all orders will have a $10 handling fee.
Orders under $150 will have a $15 delivery fee added to their invoice. Orders over $150 will have FREE delivery!
We will inspect and pack all orders prior to delivery. In the event that product gets damaged during delivery, we will provide a store credit to the customer, provided that the damaged goods are returned to the pick-up location.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce, and we require our producer to deliver market-grade products. The customer understands that since our farmers do not use pesticides or herbicides, fruits and vegetables may not look "perfect".
When your delivery arrives, you should:
Review and verify that the items delivered agree between your delivery receipt and order confirmation
Identify any items to return for credit due to damage or spoilage and communicate with driver
If a product is short on delivery, your driver will mark an immediate adjustment on your account for instant credit
Once you have verified your order, less any items you return, please sign the packing slip legibly
Note: A signed delivery receipt says that all products delivered were up to the standard that is expected.
